Rental conditions

The price included water, electricity and heating

Arrivals are made between 16.00 - 19.00. The departures befor 10 a.m.

The guest linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash flannels and dishcloths) are included in the price. The beds are freshly made up the day of arrival.

A local tax demanded by the local authority is the modest sum of 1 euro per person per day. Children under 18 are exonerated. This sum is to be settled on departure where the proprietor will then pay it directly to the "community of communes of the côteaux de la Mossig".

For a subsequent second week of rental, a 10% discount will be offered. Unfortunately, animals cannot be accepted. For safety and securty reasons smoking is strictly forbidden.

Your accommodation will be rented in a clean and proper state and, has to be handed over in a likewise condition. For those not wishing to do the housework/cleaning, we can arrange it to be done for you at a supplementary charge of 40 euros.

A deposit of 25 % is asked at the time of making your reservation, the balance to be paid on arrival. A guarantee (damages caused during stay) of 200 euros will be asked for on your arrival and, will be reimbursed on your departure or 15 days following departure. All damages incurred to the property will, of course be deducted from your guarantee.
